Process

Application

After submitting your application, we will give you a call to discuss specific roles or potential areas for your journey to begin. We understand that living and working abroad is a big move – we’re available at this early stage to answer any queries you may have.

Registration

Following an initial call, we will arrange a Skype or face-to-face interview with one of TimePlan’s expert recruitment consultants. This will allow us to better understand your working history and your aspirations for living abroad.

Interview preparation

When a school has expressed interest in interviewing you, we will help you fully prepare for the interview via Skype or telephone. This is to ensure you’re successful and that there are no surprises.

Job offer

Once you’ve secured a position, your international adventure begins. We will work with you and the school to provide you with the best remuneration and relocation package, provide clear terms and conditions and arrange your arrival dates. This will allow you to remain confident that someone is working on your behalf to make sure that everything is prepared ahead of your arrival.

Travel & relocation support

We will ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible, liaising with both yourself and your new school to ensure your travel is booked, your accommodation is arranged, and all visas and other documents are gathered correctly. Once you begin working at your new school, we don’t just disappear. We help you settle into your new role, adjust to any cultural shifts and visit you in your new school.

Career & future development

We will continue to support you in your career, which may involve progression within that school or even an opportunity somewhere new. Whatever you’re looking to do next, TimePlan Education will be there to provide you with what you need and allow you to focus on doing your job and enjoying your time wherever you are in the world.
