Job Description
A special educational needs teacher with excellent classroom management skills is needed IMMEDIATELY to teach a Year 5/6 group. There is a possibility of a permanent post after Easter.
This school provides for pupils with severe social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. A minority of pupils have additional complex learning needs. The pupils love coming to school and the great majority of parents are happy for their children to attend, knowing that they enjoy their lessons and that the school has increasingly high expectations of their progress.
Excellent classroom behaviour management skills are needed as is the ability to work as part of a team. The teacher appointed will need to have some Special Needs experience in the field of Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
