If you are, a secondary school in Birmingham is seeking for an experienced, strong and reliable Maths practitioners that is highly motivated and committed. This post will begin 1st of September for 1 term, with a potential to continue for the rest of the school year.
This secondary school in Birmingham is much smaller than average secondary school. This is a good school with some outstanding features. It has made considerable and rapid strides to improve its provision.
The school ethos are excellent, which promote learners' well-being. They have close working relationship with the on-site special school and church as well as its work with local colleges. Leadership and management are supported with drive and determination, which have worked hard to bring about significant changes in pupils' behaviour, attendance, punctuality and attainment and progress.
The school is only 4.4 miles from the city centre. It is a 13 minute journey by car or on the 35 bus route, a short 37 minute bus trip.
All applicants Must fulfill the following criteria-
*be UK qualified or hold a recognised teaching qualification in Mathematics
*Eligibility to register in the country you trained in
*Registration with the General Teaching Council for England (GTC)
*Be committed to maintaining and improving school standards
*Be able to plan lessons, mark coursework and contribute to department meetings.
Should have-
*Some experience teaching in British schools
*Ability to differentiate lessons effectively
