Experience is preferred, but not essential.  This post is a full time, term time only post starting in September 2012 and applicants with A level Science would be welcomed.
This is a larger than average sized school which is popular and over-subscribed. Most pupils join from seven local Catholic primary schools.Leadership and management are outstanding.The excellent performance of the school owes much to the strong leadership of the headteacher. The senior team focus rigorously on improving the school's performance. Students enjoy school, as shown by their exemplary behaviour and excellent relationships with each other and with staff. 
The school requires a Laboratory Technician who can work full time (term time only) from September 2012.  Experience is desirable, but not essential, as is a Science qualification to A level or City and Guilds standard.

We currently work closely with a number of schools throughout the county and can be called with vacancies at short notice.  Having your own transport will be advantageous in order for you to be able to get to those smaller towns which are not well served by public transport.
