Ofsted praise for special school in Grimsby

A special school in Grimsby is in a celebratory mood after it received a glowing Ofsted report, a local news report has said.
Education inspectors rated Cambridge Park Maths and Computing Specialist College as "outstanding," according to the Grimsby Telegraph.
Almost 50 per cent of the school's pupils have autism, while most of the others have either moderate learning difficulties or speech, language and communication needs.
The watchdog commended students, staff and governors after finding that pupils met and exceeded their learning targets regularly and scored 22 out of a possible 25 in its criteria for an "outstanding" school.
In other news, a secondary school in Mid Devon is toasting success after it was praised by Ofsted, a local news report has said.
Clyst Vale Community College in Broadclyst received an "outstanding" rating by the education watchdog in its latest inspection - an improvement compared to its May 2007 inspection, when it was rated "satisfactory."
