A school in Uxbridge is celebrating after it received a glowing report by Ofsted, a local news report has said.
The education watchdog rated St Matthew's primary school as "outstanding" and described the behaviour of students as "impeccable," the Uxbridge has reported.
According to Ofsted, the school was "rapidly improving" and "all adults work extremely well together."
Delighted head teacher Chris Cole said the school was looking forward to many successful years.
"The school is well-resourced. The classrooms are bright, clean, happy areas which children take pride in. Our outdoor areas are well tended and offer safe, challenging play for all ages," he added.
In other news, education watchdog Ofsted has given the thumbs up to a Bristol school for making "satisfactory" progress, a local news report has said.
Compass Point: South Street School and Children's Centre was praised for developing a curriculum that was appropriate for all but was of particular interest to boys, according to the Evening Post.
