In addition to our ongoing 24/7 global recruitment, TimePlan also organise tailored overseas recruitment for schools when we need to fill a large number of vacancies, especially in shortage subjects.

Rather than expecting overseas teachers to come here for an interview, we take Headteachers overseas to interview them directly.

We call this form of recruitment TRiPs (Teacher Recruitment in Partnership). We can organise a TRiP for a school, group of schools or a Local Authority.

The main countries we interview in are Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA.
