TRiPs

What happens on a TRiP?

TimePlan will take a secondary and/or primary Headteacher overseas, accompanied by a TimePlan manager, to interview pre-vetted candidates.

TimePlan will have placed the necessary advertisements overseas, vetted all applicants for suitability and compiled an interview schedule. Candidates will then be interviewed by a Headteacher and TimePlan representative and if accepted matched to specific vacancies.

Which schools qualify for a TRiP?

Any school, or group of schools, which have ten or more long term vacancies.

How much does a TRiP cost the school?

Nothing. The school only pays TimePlan the normal daily supply rate for a teacher once they have started to teach. If at the end of three terms the school wishes to employ the teacher directly they may do so at no additional cost.
