Our Chief Consultant
Patrick Allan is our Chief Consultant. Patrick has worked in education for 28 years, first for the Inner London Education Authority and later for Hammersmith and Fulham LEA, including five years as Head of Human Resources.
Some examples of major consultancy projects completed by TimePlan Consulting in the last five years include:
- the development of a performance management framework for a north London LEA
- a strategic review of training and development function for a west London authority
- the development of a career grade structure for Teaching Assistants for an east London LEA
- the development and implementation of a teacher recruitment and retention strategy for a failing east London authority
