Monitoring & Support
Once assigned to a school, TimePlan monitors the progress of every teacher and support staff.
All TimePlan Teachers providing long term cover will be visited in schools at least once a term and more if they need support. We employ qualified teachers, headteachers and OFSTED Inspectors to carry out our quality controls and provide help if needed. In addition we ask schools to complete a short but informative assessment on any long term teachers once a term and on an ad hoc basis for the daily supply teachers we provide.
TimePlan also provide training and professional development for both its teachers and its support staff on a regular basis. For teachers who have newly arrived from overseas we provide a full induction programme.
