We hate it when we can’t fill your vacancy. But we hate the fact that your pupils might be left without a qualified teacher even more.
That’s why we undertake to pass any vacancy you place via our website onto other agencies if it becomes apparent that we may not be able to provide you with the right teacher in time.
You simply give us your four preferred agencies (they must have the Quality Mark and be on any Preferred Suppliers List your local authority might operate) and we will pass them your vacancy details if we fail to send you a suitable candidate within the specified times below:
- For same day supply bookings: within 30 minutes of you making the booking during office hours (7am to 7pm)
- For next day supply bookings: by 7pm the day before
- For long-term cover with immediate start date: within 2 working days
- For long-term cover next term: within 2 weeks of receiving your booking
