Quality & Vetting
TimePlan has strict recruitment and vetting procedures which we apply to all our teachers and support staff before we send them to schools. Regular inspections, as part of the DCSF Quality Mark, have found TimePlan to be 100% compliant in all aspects of our vetting procedures.
Furthermore, we send you confirmation of our vetting on each individual teacher or support staff before we send them to your school, together with a photo ID for added security. These confirmations satisfy OFSTED requirements for Safer Recruitment and Child Protection.
Once in a school our teachers and support staff are regularly monitored and their performance assessed by our own staff who are qualified teachers, Headteachers and OFSTED inspectors.
