Alina is a passionate and motivated French Teacher who has had experience of Teaching French from Reception to Key Stage 3. Having lived and attended School and University in France, Alina is a fluent French speaker and teaches her subject with great confidence. A talented linguist, Alina can also speak Romanian, Italian and Hungarian in addition to English and French.
Alina has taught French and English in Romania for 3 years and has taught in the UK for 3 years in addition to voluntary work. Over her 3 years of UK Teaching experience, Alina has come across a variety of pupils with SEN and EAL. She plans to cater for these pupils with particular use of songs and videos to create an inclusive learning environment. Jonathan is a talented musician with a history of teaching children as young as six all the way through to adult learners. During his own schooling he took on mentoring roles and even helped teach some of the more technical aspects of the Music course, such were his expertise.
Able to empathise with students, particularly those with Speech and Language difficulties, Jonathan is able to engage pupils by using their own interests as a starting point. He has taught drums and percussion to all age groups for several years and regularly plays for musical productions.
His musical ability and passion would benefit any music department. Jonathan has had roles as a session performer, music producer and has volunteered his time to many charitable organisations in need of talented musicians. His work ethic and positive attitude would be an asset to any school.
