A passionate and creative primary teacher, Alyson confidently teaches the whole primary age range. With a passion for teaching Social Studies and Science, Alyson’s classroom always has vibrancy and energy.
With experience of teaching in Nursery, Year 2 and Year 4/5 classes, Alyson loves what each Key Stage has to offer. She strives to make learning fun and always gets creative with her lessons. She also has a passion for teaching EAL, having worked in South Korea for one year, teaching English to 4 to 16 year olds. Here, she planned all of her own lessons and provided resources in both English and Korean.
Alyson has also worked in a day care centre for student’s ages between 3 and 6, she helped prep the students for Nursery and carried out curriculum based activities. Alyson has helped out in a football club and a theatre club and she has always been involved with swimming. She helps out in community events and looks forward to becoming a part of whole school life. Alyson will be a wonderful addition to any Primary teaching team.
