I was a Head teacher and teacher of schools of varying sizes for 35 years. When I left NZ I was signed up with another agency which did not measure up to the promises made.
I learned about TimePlan through another New Zealander and so decided to approach them.
TimePlan was vastly superior in all aspects of their work. From the outset their presentation of requirements to meet national and local school needs was efficient. Their support was positive and informative. I was very quickly employed.
I enjoy working through this agency as all of their staff are always enthusiastic. I am well informed about all school requirements before going into each school, how to get there, contact personnel and any extra information which may be useful, is provided. Their communication and follow up is excellent. Consequently I feel well prepared to meet the requirements of schools.
TimePlan have regular Meet and Greet sessions with Supply Teachers as a group. This is invaluable as supply teachers get to know their colleagues as well as their employers. Staff morale is very high as we feel valued.
School heads know that a happy staff will not only work harder, but will achieve better outcomes. This organisation works on the same principles and is certainly the most enjoyable to work for.
