This Primary school is looking for a Nursery teacher to join their fantastic Early Years team. They need a qualified teacher to assist with their afternoon Nursery session from 12.15 to 3.15pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays until the end of the summer term 2010.

This Nursery teaching job really is the bees' knees! You will be required to assist with the Nursery class of approximately 11 pupils and will undertake general supervisory and observational duties whilst the children are on task. There is an excellent NNEB and Teaching Assistant in the class who have all the planning in place and will provide guidance throughout the duration of this position. You will also have the full support of the Head Teacher, who specialises within this age range and will be on call at all times to provide assistance if necessary. It really is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience of the younger age range - who could resist such a great Nursery teaching job!

This school is located on the outskirts of Salisbury, Hampshire. It is a Primary school with Early Years Foundation Stage provision for children from the age of three who are educated in the Nursery and the Reception classes. The number of children with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, particularly physical disabilities, is higher than average because the school has a designated unit for pupils with physical impairment. The school prides itself on the good quality of care that leaders and staff provide. Pupils say they really enjoy school and a good level of behaviour is observed across the year groups.

All candidates must:

* Be UK qualified or hold a recognised teaching qualification;

* Have Nursery/Foundation teaching experience;

* Have current GTC registration;

* Be available for a face to face interview at the school;

* Be able to commit to the position every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon from 12.15 to 3.15pm each day;
