Job Description

The school is seeking to appoint an experienced Secondary English teacher who wants to make a difference to these children to maximize their life opportunities.

This small SEN Unit in Thurrock caters for Key Stage 3 & 4 Secondary pupils who have exhibited challenging behaviour in mainstream schools. Although the majority of pupils have emotional and behavioural difficulties the school ensures that pupils are taught effectively through presenting a lively and enjoyable curriculum.

The school is warm and welcoming and has established trusting relationships with it pupils to encourage and enable them to eventually return to mainstream settings
