This full-time Year 4 SEN teaching position is a great opportunity for you to support a severely sight impaired child to thrive and function in a mainstream setting.
This position is in a large primary school in the East London area. There are between four and five hundred pupils including a nursery class. This school is highly regarded in the community and the successful candidate will benefit from working with a supportive staff and management team. The school is well resourced and enjoys superb ICT facilities.
The successful Primary Special Educational Needs candidate must:
Have a working knowledge of Braille;
Be UK qualified or hold a recognised teaching qualification;
Be highly committed and motivated to support the child to gain confidence academically and to thrive in a mainstream setting;
