English teaching job in Ramsgate, Kent. The position is full time starting February20th 2012 and will go through until the end of the academic year. We are seeking an inspirational teacher of English who can deliver lessons that are both challenging and rewarding for every student in their care across KS3 and KS4.
This Kent academy transferred to new buildings in 2006 and has outstanding purpose built facilities with the very latest ICT. It has dual specialism in performing arts and in business enterprise; it operates an extended day and is developing a range of extended services to meet the needs of students, their families and the wider community. Most students develop into thoughtful citizens who care about the wider community and the environment.
This English teaching vacancy in Ramsgate, Kent will require a teacher whose key deliverables involve:

You will be an imaginative and forward thinking classroom practitioner. You will possess excellent teaching skills and an ability to lead classes with pace and sufficient challenge.

* be UK qualified or hold a recognised teaching qualification
* be qualified to teach English
* have current GTC registration
