A 1½ form entry North Kent Primary School with about 250 pupils in 7 year groups serving a mixed residential community of owner-occupied and social housing. The school has a designated resource base for 24 pupils with autism, known as the ASD base. Pupils are happy at school, because there is a positive ethos and adults and children get on well together. There is a consistently good approach to pastoral care and behaviour management which helps pupils feel secure at school.
