Year 6 Classroom Teacher Required
TimePlan have been requested to recruit an experienced classroom teacher for a Year 6 job at a fantastic client primary school in Thurrock.
This Year 6 teaching role would suit an experienced UK trained teacher or an overseas trained teacher who has experience of SATs.
The role commences on the 4th September and runs full-time for the academic year.
The successful candidate will be working with a very strong management team in a very forward thinking and supportive school environment.

This is a very large school serving the diverse community of Tilbury in Essex. The school currently has 625 pupils on role. The nursery caters for 104 pupils in half day sessions of 52. The rest of school is three form entry with four forms of entry in Y1. We also have a 12 place integrated mild learning difficulties and communication provision in our school.
There are 22 classes plus nursery and learning base and a total school staff of 95. This includes 28 SLAs and a team dedicated to inclusion and attendance.
The original building dates from the early 1970s, with large extensions built in 1997 and 2006. The latter offers an outstanding early years wing of large nursery, three reception classes and a very large multi-use area known as Rainbow Street.
