TimePlan has many unique points but probably the most important one is that all our Co-ordinators (who are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, vetting, placing, monitoring and supporting our teachers) are themselves qualified teachers.
This fact alone sets us apart from all other teaching agencies. And furthermore, our Co-ordinators are salaried and do not receive commission. They therefore have no financial motive for filling jobs, just the professional incentive to select and match the right teacher to the specific requirements of each individual school and vacancy.
Not only does TimePlan hold the DfE Quality Mark but we have also been found 100% compliant in all our Quality Mark inspections. Our vetting is second to none and all our checks also apply to our support staff as well as our teachers.
