Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee classes in the absence of the regular teacher while ensuring a conducive learning environment
• Adhere to lesson plans prepared by the regular teacher, thoroughly promoting the school's curriculum
• Maintain strong classroom management skills to keep students engaged and disciplined
• Promote and protect the ethos of the school, ensuring respect and inclusion permeate every aspect of student interaction
• Liaise with other staff members to ensure coordinated efforts towards student success and growth

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A recognised teaching qualification (i.e., QTS)
• Experience in a similar position, or proven skills in classroom management
• Clear and confident communication skills
