Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Supply Cover Supervisor to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms in the absence of the regular class teacher and ensuring that an effective learning environment is maintained.

Requirements:

• A valid DBS check
• Experience working with children or young people
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to manage classroom behavior

Qualifications:

• Minimum of A-levels or equivalent
• Qualified Teacher Status (desirable but not essential)
