Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Foundation/Reception learners.
  • Collaborating cohesively with colleagues to design and implement curriculum plans.
  • Frequent assessment of student’s progression and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
  • Nurturing the children in becoming active, compassionate members of the community.
  • Regular interactive communication with parents/carers regarding their children's progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • Prior classroom experience, particularly with Foundation/Reception age groups.
  • In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Subject-specific expertise with a focus on ages 4-5 Education.
  • Proficiency in classroom management and an adaptable approach to dynamic teaching environments.
