Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and ensuring a safe, clean, and inclusive lunchtime environment for our diverse student body
• Implementing and maintaining student behaviour protocols
• Promoting good manners, healthy eating habits, and social interaction among students
• Reporting and addressing incidents in line with the school's policies
• Contributing to staff meetings and working collaboratively with support staff

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a supervisory role or as a support staff member in an educational setting
• Understanding of the specific needs and challenges related to supervising lunchtime periods
• Ability to deal effectively and assertively with student behaviour issues
• Capability to work harmoniously with staff, parents, and students
• DBS clearance
• NVQ or equivalent qualification in Supervision or Childcare is desirable
