Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a vibrant and engaging NCY 1 - Ages 5 to 6 curriculum, tailored to individual students' needs and interests.
- Create a positive, stimulating, and interactive learning environment that fosters students' intellectual and emotional growth.
- Work collaboratively with various members of the Reach Learning Community, including fellow teachers and support staff.
- Regularly assess and report on student progress, providing feedback that nurtures and accentuates student improvement.
Requirements and Qualification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively teach students in the NCY 1 - Ages 5 to 6 range.
- Experience with current teaching methods, curriculum, and special needs.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving educational environment.
