Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging, stimulating lessons for NCY 3 students (7 to 8 years of age) in line with the National Curriculum standards
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment which stimulates a love of learning
• Assess, record and report on students’ development and progress
• Contribute to our caring, supportive community, building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with NCY 3 students (ages 7 to 8) and familiarity with the related National Curriculum
• Adaptability to administer a flexible curriculum, tailoring teaching methods to varying student needs
• Possess a positive, compassionate and resilient mindset
