Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and nurture our youngest learners, creating a fulfilling and enjoyable nursery environment.
• Develop innovative lesson plans to stimulate, engage and develop the children's love for learning.
• Collaborate closely with other nursery staff to ensure a consistent and balanced curriculum.
• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children, promoting inclusivity and mutual respect.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Nursery Nurse Qualification (such as a NNEB, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care).
• Proven experience in a nursery setting, demonstrating a genuine passion for early years education and student success.
• Advanced understanding of the needs of children aged 0-5.
• Adaptable, energetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of safeguarding policies and provisions.
