Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality One-to-One lessons tailored to individual student’s needs and abilities.
• Ensuring that all students are engaging with the learning materials and raising any concerns where necessary.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and inspirational learning environment.
• Collaborating with other staff members to improve and innovate teaching methods and techniques.
• Tracking student progress and reporting back to parents and caregivers as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching One-to-One, with a strong command of the teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and an understanding of the needs of diverse learners.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a good team player.
