Join Our Team as a Special Needs Assistant for Autistic Students in Newham

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Assistant to join our team for a Long Term Supply position focusing on supporting autistic students in Newham.

Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or experience working with autistic children
• A patient and nurturing approach to supporting students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Qualifications:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Additional training in autism and SEN is desirable
