Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress according to these plans.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Recognised qualifications in special needs education or related field.
- Experience in working with autistic students or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
