Requirements and Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for teachers or relevant certifications for support staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with autistic students.
- Adaptability and creativity, with the flexibility to respond to the unique needs of each student.
