Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored one-on-one support to students with Autism, fostering learning, development, and well-being.
- Facilitate and encourage a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to reach their potential.
- Work effectively with teaching staff and multi-disciplinary teams to best support student needs.
- Make a positive impact, aiding in developing our students' social and behavioural skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience working with autistic students or related special needs assistant experience.
- Qualifications related to Special Educational Needs (SEN) support or comparable area.
- Strong communication and rapport building skills with students, parents, and staff.
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
