Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day educational, personal, and behavioral support for autistic students
- Working collaboratively with the wider teaching team and parents to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintaining a stimulating and safe learning environment, sensitive to the needs of autistic students
- Regularly assessing and recording students' progress and development
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educational degree/experience and relevant support qualifications
- Experience in working with autistic students is a crucial requirement
- A creative and adaptive approach to teaching and support
- A DBS check will be required for the selected candidate
