Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day educational, personal, and behavioral support for autistic students
• Working collaboratively with the wider teaching team and parents to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining a stimulating and safe learning environment, sensitive to the needs of autistic students
• Regularly assessing and recording students' progress and development

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Educational degree/experience and relevant support qualifications
• Experience in working with autistic students is a crucial requirement
• A creative and adaptive approach to teaching and support
• A DBS check will be required for the selected candidate
