We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Assistant with expertise in autism to join our day-to-day supply team in an inclusive and supportive Newham school. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in supporting autistic children in a classroom setting.
• A certificate or degree in special education—especially Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)—is highly desirable.
• Critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability to attend to student's diverse needs.
