Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and support students with Autism, focusing on individual progress and growth.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and other specialists to develop individualized education plans.
- Implement strategies to meet students' specific social, emotional, and academic needs.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Track the academic progress of students and contribute towards their overall development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A strong background in working with children with Autism, either as a Special Needs Assistant or in a related role.
- QTS or any other relevant certification.
- Ability to display patience and understanding when working with students with Autism.
- Experience with special education best practices and latest education & therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
