Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and provide support tailored to the individual needs of our autistic students
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to enhance the learning environment
  • Promote positive student behaviour and mental health
  • Compile tracking documents and reports focusing on student achievements and progress
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of individual education plans

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or relevant certification
  • Experience in a special needs context, particularly with autistic students
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
  • A strong commitment to inclusive education and student success
