Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience as a Special Needs Assistant; experience with Autism is particularly desirable.
• Current and valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), or relevant support staff certification.
• Demonstrable expertise in implementing tailored learning and support strategies for pupils with Autism.
• Adaptable, patient, and resilient with a commitment to enhancing students' experiences.
