We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Special Needs Assistant Autistic, who is ready to make a difference at Newbridge Academy Lower School. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with Autism in their daily learning and development
- Collaborating effectively with teachers and staff to create customized learning plans
- Promoting an inclusive environment and ensuring every student feels valued
- Monitoring students' progress and sharing updates with teachers and parents
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in working with autistic children, preferably in an educational setting
- Understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Relevant SEND qualifications are highly desirable
- Adaptability and creativity in both problem solving and teaching techniques
