Key Responsibilities

• Deliver educational support to Autistic students, with a focus on individual needs and learning styles.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement instructional plans.
• Track student progress and adapt strategies as required.
• Engage with parents and carers to communicate student progress and address issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Evidence of qualification or experience in Special Needs support, especially with Autistic students.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Adaptability, patience, and a keen understanding of student needs.
• A current, clean Enhanced DBS Check.
