Key Responsibilities
- Deliver educational support to Autistic students, with a focus on individual needs and learning styles.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement instructional plans.
- Track student progress and adapt strategies as required.
- Engage with parents and carers to communicate student progress and address issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Evidence of qualification or experience in Special Needs support, especially with Autistic students.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Adaptability, patience, and a keen understanding of student needs.
- A current, clean Enhanced DBS Check.
