Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, ideally in a school setting.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
• A strong understanding of special needs education and strategies for supporting learners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to the diverse needs of students.
• A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to fostering student engagement.
• Enhanced DBS Check (required prior to starting the role).
