Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young adults with special needs preferred.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or special needs support are essential.
- QTS or Level 3 TA qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a classroom setting.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive learning environment and promoting student success.
