Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with SEMH needs
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for improving lives and developing students' potential
- Resilience, creativity, and the skill to adapt to various situations
