Key Responsibilities

• Providing specialized support for students with a diverse range of needs.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure learners experience success and inclusivity within the classroom setting.
• Contributing input into the planning and implementation of IEPs (Individual Education Plans).
• Supporting the wellbeing and development of every student in our care.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Special Needs Assistant or in a similar role.
• An in-depth understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Inclusion.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, HLTA qualification, or equivalent.
• Adeptness at building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
