Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with other staff to share best practices and promote a cohesive educational approach.
- Engage students in interactive and stimulating activities that align with their individual education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain a safe environment and promote positive behavior amongst students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow colleagues to foster a supportive learning community.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education, child development, or a related field are desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Ability to adapt to varying situations and respond efficiently to the needs of students.
- Commitment to ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of all students.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s educational journeys.
