Key Responsibilities

• Teaching and providing assistance to special needs students, tailoring instruction to meet their individual learning needs and fostering their development
• Collaborating with educational staff to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student
• Working in partnership with families and other support staff to promote positive student behavior and a supportive learning environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification or qualification related to Special Needs Assistance
• Experience in working with special needs students; this includes an understanding of their educational needs and learning style variations
• Strong communication skills and adaptability when working with students, staff, and families
