Key Responsibilities
- Providing teaching assistance and tailored support to students with special needs

- Monitoring and recording student progress, adjusting approaches when necessary
- Encouraging student participation in classroom and school-wide activities
- Contributing positively to a team-centred, student-focused school culture
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Special Needs Assistant or relevant role
- Evidence of skills, patience, and adaptability to meet various student needs
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo the process)
- Relevant professional certifications and teaching qualifications, if applicable
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning settings
