Key Responsibilities

• Providing tailored, supportive, and inspiring learning assistance to special needs students on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborating effectively with teaching staff to optimise strategies supporting individual learning needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour and social skills, improving student outcomes.
• Participating in regular team meetings to enhance the teaching environment and student progress.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualifications in special education would be advantageous.
• Experience in a similar role, or a passion to support students with diverse needs.
• Certificate in Teaching Assistant Studies (QTS) is preferred.
• An adaptable mindset to cater for the unique needs, goals, and talents of our students.
