Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging Special Needs lessons while focusing on individual student needs.
• Contributing to the development of Individual Education Plans and Behavior Support Plans tailored to individual students.
• Collaborating with teaching assistants, therapists and parents to ensure a unified approach to student learning.
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting student progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with a specialization or substantial experience in Special Needs Education.
• In-depth understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Experience in working with specific learning disabilities, ASD, ADHD and emotional behavior disorders.
• Strong skills in differentiated instruction and adaptive teaching techniques.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
