Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging and differentiated special needs teaching to enrich students' learning journey.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching and support teams to share best practice, resources, and strategies.
• Promote and monitor students' progress in collaboration with support staff and parents/carers.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies tailored to special needs students.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in Special Needs Teaching and a robust understanding of unique learning needs.
• An adaptable teaching style that caters to the diverse learning needs of students.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for student success.
